Conditions of return

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please note: Earrings cannot be returned due to health/hygiene purposes.

Please note that items will be shipped from the HOV studio within 2-3 working days.

Items will be sent via UK Royal Mail Special Delivery – within 3 working days. International Royal Mail Tracked & Signed – within 5 to 10 working days

All deliveries require a signature. If you are unable to sign for a delivery a calling card will be left and a new delivery/collection may be re-arranged. Delays to your delivery caused by the delivery companies used may be out of our hands

Please note that we are only able to cover delivery charges. Non-EU customers will be responsible for any additional import duties or local taxes

House of Vintro jewelleries are to be handled with care. Keep secure in the luxury jewellery box the item came in as mishandled jewellery could run the risk of damage if dropped or knocked against hard surfaces.

Keep away from spraying any purfumes/mists onto the item. Moisturisers should be applied before wearing as this could wear and tarnish the jewellery over time.
